The game gives you free daily pulls and free SSRs from login bonuses.

I've been playing for a little under a week so far and have done nine 11-pulls (currently sitting on 8 SSRs), with enough gems for another five on the next banner, all without spending a single cent. The game does have an auto battle for easy missions, but you'll really need to take the wheel for boss fights and PvP match-ups. Each unit has leader skills, passive skills, and three usable skills, all with intricate effects which can result in in-depth team-building in search of unit synergy.

Gameplay wise, the game is pretty simple: 5-unit, turn-based content. The game also has an extensive "story mode" with three difficulties- each with it's own story (finally- English dialogue that isn't rife with typos and translation errors!). If you can get past the overly-anime (warning: it's really anime) aesthetic, you have a gacha game that finally doesn't shaft the free-to-play player, and has an absurd about of content to dig into.Ĭontent wise, there are a huge amount of dungeons and PvE challenges, as well as 5-player co-op dungeons, guild dungeons, and arena PvP. I've been playing Knight's Chronicle for the past few days and have been incredibly impressed so far.
